Literally disappointed and sad that I spent 45 minutes of my Saturday in the Popeyes drive thru because it should have gone smoothly. I had to return to this place because they got my simple order wrong, I couldn't go in since I was wearing a tube top and clothes I would wear at home so I have to wait an extra 30 minutes in a drive thru with only 3-4 cars ahead of me! Why is it soooo slow here I'm so confused. Isn't the chicken fried and ready??? I'm so upset right now like I was picking up lunch for my family and wanted to enjoy it hot and now I've been smelling fried chicken in my damn car because of how long this is taking and literally letting it get cold. I'm so pissed. I like their food but you are wasting people's time and your own when you do this, it isn't efficient! I see why people are complaining on here....I was just liking Popeyes again and damn not wonder I haven't eaten it in years before this. It's continual issues that this location it seems like. Compared to an In N Out drive thru you see the employees busting their ass and deliver hot food as quickly as they can and it's such a contrast. Not only are they slow but they are probably slow because lack of care AND many errors! I got to this drive thru around 1:13pm and still sitting here at 1:58pm and probably won't leave until 2:15pm because there are TWO cars ahead of me. Yeah each car they serve seems to take them what seems like 10mins each!!!!! Ahhhhh!!!!

The parking and drive thru situation was a hot mess even at 1:20pm on a Friday after typical lunch hours and THEY RAN OUT OF THE NEE CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!! That was the ONLY reason we busted this mission there BUT got the most heavenly chicken tenders EVER sooooo 4 stars! Guy at drive they window was spaced out and slow AF which is probably why the line was so long but food was spectacular. Biscuit was on point but didn't hook us up with any honey butter sauce or whatever!

Holy crap.  So - trying to confirm store hours because there are 2 hours worth of discrepancies,..

No one answers the phone.   Not only does no one answer the phone but it does NOT have a greeting to
Even identify who you are calling.   Plus they have an online option to pick up in the store,..  and that does NOT  work either,..   and so then you cannot apply the coupons either.

So,.. incorrect hours posted on the company website.   Non-working phone number.  Non-working website portal. Plus it seems that Managment STILL has not hired enough employees to adequately run this location.

Granted- we are only one customer who probably won't try to go back to this location for awhile,..  but this is how businesses die.   You have a slow trickle of customers who don't come back,...  this is the 2nd FAILED attempt to eat here and it has failed.

So we came here the other night for a chicken sandwich before all hell Rome loose on social media.   It was a great experience.

We got one original and one spicy.

They were both great and a far better deal than the homophobic hate sandwich at the religious chicken store.

We got lemonade and some Cajun fries.

    Everything was great.

The servers were so nice and friendly - it was amazing.

We did however come back a week later and all hell broke loose.  Cars were just parked in the lanes and blocked traffic.   People were horribly rude.   Employees were having stress meltdowns on the sidewalk.   The line for the register was at least 40 minutes and customers were rude there as well.

That store only had a few employees and it's also a very small store and kitchen.   I cannot understand why customers are such dipsh@ts to employees.

We look forward to our next visit - tonight:

My family has always loved Popeyes and we were thrilled to have one local now. We've learned to carefully check orders before we leave because there are always mistakes.

The worst thing is this past weekend with the chicken sandwich Armageddon- after waiting an hour and a half in line and spending $65, the girl in the drive thru tried to refuse us asking for 3 packets of bbq sauce. Said it costs extra. Then how about ask before you run the card?

Also, I had a tender combo... it comes with sauce. I pointed it out and she gave us two. Seriously?? Talk about CHEAP.

Popeyes... I love Popeyes chicken, etc.

But this location is average. They are really efficient and quick here, but it's a hit or miss. I always come here to get their Cajun fries, but almost everything is good.

Last time the fries were piping hot and fresh... today they were really stale. The guy at the window was really nice though.

I was excited about the Buttermilk Shrimp basket since I saw it on a commercial. The fried shrimp were pretty good and the seasoning was on point- the shrimp packed a little punch. It also came with a biscuit- yum.

For $5 though, it's a steal. You get a lot of bang for your buck.

    Happy eating!

I feel for the staff trying to deal with the mass influx of people wanting to try the new chicken sandwich.  They really need a manager to help expedite orders.  Also, the parking lot was gridlock so you had to wait another 30 minutes to even leave.

I had no idea of what was going on until I got there.  I stayed out of curiosity.  Sandwich was good, but definitely not worth an hour and a half on a Saturday.
